Informal Conference (Level I). Within fifteen (15) days of the time an employee knew or should have known of the occurrence of an alleged grievance, the employee shall orally discuss the alleged grievance with the immediate supervisor, or designee. The supervisor, or designee, shall orally respond within three (3) days.
