Industrial Accident Leave. ‌ During the period of time in which an employee is on leave of absence resulting from an industrial injury sustained while in the course of employment or arising out of employment with the Employer and not due to the employee’s negligence, the employee shall accrue service credit for the purpose of promotions, wage tenure increases, and fringe benefit increases.
