Individuals Hired to Replace Employees on Unpaid Leave. Individuals hired exclusively for the purpose of replacing bargaining unit employees, while such bargaining unit employees are on a leave of absence granted under this section, is not a regular bargaining unit employee under the Section or under ORC 3319.081, and shall be issued a contract accordingly stated.
