Use of Radio. (1) Section 3 of the BLE proposal of April 30, 1968, covering special increase for engineers on locomotives equipped with radio, is disposed of on the basis that it is recognized that the use of radio, pursuant to the operating rules of the individual carriers, is a part of the engineer's duties.
