Individual Guards Sample Clauses

Individual Guards. Prior to assignment of any Guard, Contractor shall provide proof of required training for that Guard. Such proof shall include an affidavit of training, on a form to be approved by the SFMTA, signed by the Contractor and the Guard certifying that each type of training required by this Contract has been completed.
