Incrementally Delivered Segments. Unless otherwise specified in a Service Order, Pilot may incrementally deliver individual Segments of a Service, when ready, which may result in different Service Activation Dates for such incrementally delivered Segments. The initial Service Term for each incrementally delivered Segment shall begin on its respective Service Activation Date and end after the period specified as the Service Term from the Service Activation Date of the last Segment delivered. The charge associated with a delivered Segment will be based on the Allocated MRC.

Incrementally Delivered Segments. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, if a Product consists of more than one segment, Company may incrementally deliver individual segments, and billing for each segment shall commence upon delivery and acceptance of that segment. The Product Term for a multi-segment Product shall begin upon delivery of the first segment and end after the number of months specified in the Order Form have elapsed from delivery and acceptance of the final segment.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.
