Examples of Initial Service Term in a sentence
The Agreement is valid from the earlier of (i) the Effective Date, and(ii) the date when the Subscriber starts using the Services, and shall remain in force during the initial period set out in the Order Form (the Initial Service Term ).
Company reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term or then- current renewal term, upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice to Customer (which may be sent by email to the Customer).
Upon the expiration of the Initial Service Term, an Order automatically shall be renewed by monthly basis and until one Party provides the other Party with written notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.3, below.

If a Call-Off Contract contains Services added to an existing subscription, such added Services will be coterminous with the Initial Service Term or applicable renewal Service term (“Renewal Term”), unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
