IN TWO PARTS. Part 1. This is executed by the Tenant(s) and the Housing Authority of the City of Galveston, Texas (“GHA”), includes Part 2 Terms and Conditions (by reference) and the following information specific to each family’s circumstances: • Identification of all members of Tenant’s household by relationship to the Head of the Household, their social security numbers, ages (at the time of lease execution) and dates of birth (DOB); • Unit address, occupancy date, development name and number; • Pro-rated and full monthly rent amount, security deposit required, pro-rated and full monthly utility allowance provided (if any), pro- rated and full monthly utility reimbursement (if any) and the amount of any other charges due under the lease; • Utilities and appliances provided by the GHA with the unit; • All pamphlets or informational materials provided to Tenant; • Signature line for the parties to the lease (all adult members of Tenant household must sign the lease); and • Emergency telephone number for Tenant to use if maintenance problems arise with the unit outside of normal GHA working hours. Part 2 establishes the Terms and Conditions of the lease that apply to all tenants.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Stop Work Order (a) NYSERDA may at any time, by written Order to the Contractor, require the Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work called for by this Agreement for a period of up to ninety (90) days after the Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree. Any such order shall be specifically identified as a Stop Work Order issued pursuant to this Section. Upon receipt of such an Order, the Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Work covered by the Order during the period of work stoppage consistent with public health and safety. Within a period of ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, NYSERDA shall either:

  • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

  • Educator Plans: Improvement Plan A) An Improvement Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is unsatisfactory.

  • Stop Work Orders A. The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement.
