Head of the Household. The adult member of the family who is considered the head for purposes of determining income eligibility and rent. However, the income of the head of household, co-head, and each additional family member is included in determining rent. The head of household is responsible for ensuring that the family fulfills all of its responsibilities under the program, alone or in conjunction with a co-head or spouse. 24 CFR 5.504(b)

  • Household The following persons may reside in the unit. Other persons may not be added to the household without prior written approval of the owner and the PHA.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Personal Belongings Tenant agrees not to leave any personal belongings (including lawn furniture) in the parking areas, common halls, sidewalks, lawn areas or other common areas of the apartment community.

  • POSSESSION OF THE APARTMENT 7.1 Schedule for possession of the said Apartment - The Promoter agrees and understands that timely delivery of possession of the Apartment to the allottee’s and the common areas to the association of allottee’s or the competent authority, as the case may be, is the essence of the Agreement. The Promoter assures to hand over possession of the Apartment along with ready and complete common areas with all specifications, amenities and facilities of the project in place on (Date) unless there is delay or failure due to war, flood, drought, fire, cyclone, earthquake or any other calamity caused by nature affecting the regular development of the real estate project (“Force Majeure”). If, however, the completion of the Project is delayed due to the Force Majeure conditions then the Allottee’s agrees that the Promoter shall be entitled to the extension of time for delivery of possession of the Apartment, provided that such Force Majeure conditions are not of a nature, which make it impossible for the contract to be implemented. The Allottee’s agrees and confirms that, in the event it becomes impossible for the Promoter to implement the project due to Force Majeure conditions, then this allotment shall stand terminated and the Promoter shall refund to the Allottee’s the entire amount received by the Promoter from the allotment within 45 days from that date. The promoter shall intimate the allottee’s about such termination at least thirty days prior to such termination. After refund of the money paid by the Allottee’s, the Allottee’s agrees that he/ she shall not have any rights, claims etc. against the Promoter and that the Promoter shall be released and discharged from all its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

  • Personal Business Users may not use the Fitness Center premises for personal business without prior written approval by an authorized representative of the Fitness Center, which approval may be withheld in the Fitness Center’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Immediate family or household 25.2.1 The entitlement to use personal leave for the purposes of carer’s or bereavement leave is subject to the person in respect of whom the leave is taken being either:

  • Personal Illness Employees may use accumulated sick leave for hours off due to personal illness. The employee may be required to furnish a medical certificate from a qualified physician as evidence of illness or physical disability in order to qualify for paid sick leave as per District practice. Accumulated sick leave may also be granted for such time as is actually necessary for office visits to a doctor, dentist, optometrist, etc.

  • School Business A teacher may be granted temporary leave to conduct business for the school system at the direction of the Superintendent.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • PETS Tenant shall not keep any pets on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenant to keep pets, an additional security deposit of $ will be required by the Landlord to keep in trust for potential damage to the Property caused by Tenant’s pets.
