Tenant Household definition

Tenant Household means one or more Tenant(s) who occupy any individual Rental Unit, including each dependent of any Tenant whose primary residence is the Rental Unit.
Tenant Household means one or more Tenants, whether or not related by blood, marriage or adoption, sharing a dwelling unit in a living arrangement usually characterized by sharing living expenses, such as rent or mortgage payments, food costs and utilities, as well as maintaining a single lease or Rental Agreement for all members of the household and other similar characteristics indicative of a single household.
