I.E.P. A. Employees whose job responsibilities would be impacted by an Individualized Education Program (“I.E.P.”) shall be provided the opportunity to participate in the development of the I.E.P. and be present at the I.E.P. meeting, if possible. However, classroom teachers shall be required to participate in IEP meetings as required by federal or state law. If class coverage is needed, the teacher involved will arrange for a staff member to cover for a specific time (10-15 minutes). The teacher covering the class will not be compensated.
I.E.P. 1. Upon five (5) work days notification, employees whose duties would be impacted by a student with an IEP may, consistent with law, be provided the opportunity to participate in the development of the IEP and to be present at the IEP meetings.
I.E.P. The Case Manager allocation formula is based on the number of students with an IEP. Included in the allocation are pre-K IEPs (not speech only). For speech-only IEPs, ten (10) speech-only IEPs shall be equivalent to one (1) IEP in the above allocations. In the 2019-2020 school year, the BOARD shall not reduce the total number of case managers employed at any school as of October 1, 2019.
I.E.P. Agreement shall mean the Agreement on an International Energy Program dated 18 November 1974, as amended.
I.E.P. Teachers required to write I.E.P.s will not be required to accomplish such writing outside of normal duty hours.
I.E.P. A substitute will be provided for teachers participating in Individualized Educational Program (IEP) conferences which are scheduled during class time. These conferences should be scheduled in groups to make the most effective use possible of the substitutes time. Teachers scheduling conferences and needing a substitute will give reasonable advance notice to the building principal. Substitutes will not be obtained for less than one- half (1/2) day.
I.E.P. Xx. Xxxxxx agrees that the IEP in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, as written, is appropriate. If she develops concerns regarding the IEP, she agrees to request a meeting and first share those concerns with the IEP Team before filing any formal complaints.
