Common use of Identification Cards Clause in Contracts

Identification Cards. ‌ The City shall supply all sworn members of the Cincinnati Fire Department with an identification card to contain the individual member's picture and other pertinent information necessary to substantiate the fact of said member being a duly sworn member of the Cincinnati Fire Department. The identification card shall be of wallet size, laminated and of durable construction. Identification cards will be issued to each individual employee who is a sworn member of the Cincinnati Fire Department. The taking of pictures shall be done on the member’s on-duty time.
