HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT AND OVERTIME. Section 16.1. Bi-Weekly Work Period and Compensation: Hours of work for full-time employees shall be eighty (80) hours in a fourteen (14) day period. Hours of work shall include Saturday and Sunday in the interest of public health, safety and welfare. The bi-weekly work period for scheduling and overtime purposes shall be defined in Section 4 below as fourteen (14) days. Each employee shall be paid for all regularly scheduled hours at the conclusion of the bi- weekly period in accordance with a schedule developed by the Director of Finance.
