Common use of Hospital-Association Committee Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Association Committee. (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of three (3) representatives of the Association from the nurses in the bargaining unit and three (3) representatives of the Hospital.

Hospital-Association Committee. (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised composed of three (3) representatives members representing both bargaining units of the Association Association, of whom no more than two (2) shall be from the nurses in the bargaining unit any one area, and three (3) representatives of members representing the Hospital.

Meeting those committee members who require payment under Article 6.03(e) of the central Collective Agreement. C-4 Negotiating Committee There will be a Negotiating Committee of up to five (5) nurses, of whom no more than one (1) shall be from any one (1) unit.

(a) There shall be a Hospital-Hospital Association Committee comprised consisting of three (3) representatives Union members (one of whom will be the Association from the nurses in the bargaining unit President or her designee) and three (3) representatives members of the HospitalManagement of the Hospital (one of whom will be the Chief Nursing Officer or her designee).

There shall be an equal number of representatives for each party on the committee.
