Common use of Hospital-Association Committee Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Association Committee. There shall be a Hospital Association Committee consisting of three (3) Union members (one of whom will be the President or her designee) and three (3) members of the Management of the Hospital (one of whom will be the Chief Nursing Executive and/or designate).

Any other person may attend by agreement of the Hospital (one of whom will be the Chief Nursing Executive and/or designate)parties.
