Common use of Hospital and Medical Clause in Contracts

Hospital and Medical. 12.1 The City agrees that should the government reintroduce premiums or charges for hospital and medical services coverage during the life of this Agreement, which employees would be obliged by law to pay, then the City agrees with the Union that such premiums or charges may be subject to negotiations between the parties for any succeeding collective agreement.
