In order for employees to receive credit emergency overtime worked, said overtime must be reported to the Department Manager within two (2) its occurrence. Employees required to work overtime shall be allowed to take time off work in lieu of payment at a time mutually agreed upon. No employee shall be allowed to accumulate more than five (5) days of for the purpose of time off work in lieu of payment. Where an employee takes time off work in lieu of overtime payment, it shall be based on the value of overtime compensationpayments outlined in Article Hours Work. Employees will not be required to take time off in lieu of overtime compensation.
