Homeward journeys. Where assembly (construction) sites are at a distance of more than 70 km from the permanent place of operation, each assembly (construction) worker posted there shall be entitled to one homeward journey to such permanent place of operation after one month, respectively, of uninterrupted absence from his/her permanent place of operation (waiting period). The employee shall also be entitled to a paid homeward journey, travel time and appropriate distance supplement if s/he falls ill and journeys home, if s/he has to journey home due to a serious illness or the death of a close family member or if s/he has to return to the permanent place of operation due to his/her work. The homeward journey must be started within one month of the entitlement arising, failing which such entitlement shall expire without any compensation. The entitlement shall not expire when the homeward journey is not carried out due to operational requirements upon instructions of the operational management. In such event, the time passing beyond the month shall be counted as waiting period towards a new entitlement for a homeward journey. The one-month waiting period shall be interrupted by a paid holiday, return due to illness or a change in the place of assembly which is linked to the return to the permanent place of operation. In the event of such an interruption, the waiting period already passed shall expire without any compensation. It shall begin anew upon the employee’s arrival at the place of assembly. For each homeward journey, the ticket for the inward and outward journey for the means of transport determined by the enterprise (second class if the railway is used) and altogether two distance supplements shall be reimbursed. For each homeward journey, unpaid time off amounting to 4 (four) calendar days (96 (ninety- six) hours) shall be due; the travel time shall not be counted towards the time off.

REWARDS PROGRAM WHAT IT MEANS HOW IT AFFECTS YOU Return A rewards program that earns cash back per every purchase made with the Card. The reward program accumulates in cash 1% of all net Purchases made with your credit Card. Net Purchases are Purchases minus any credits or returns. In your billing statement, you will receive an estimate of the Reward accumulated. The redemption of money will be automatic and will occur once a year, in January. You will not be able to redeem your Reward before this date. The Bank will send you a check for the balance of your Reward to the address where you receive your billing statements. You authorize us to report to American Airlines, AAdvantage® miles earned with us. You also authorize us to share with American Airlines your email address and experiential and transactional information regarding your activity with us. You will earn AAdvantage® miles for Purchases as long as your Account is current, in good standing and open the day the Transaction is registered in your Account. The miles are earned multiplying the Transaction amount by the earn rate per dollar specific to your Card product. The total amount of miles per Transaction, without decimals, will be considered for the total amount of miles to be reported to AAdvantage® every account cycle. The Bank will report the miles earned with your AAdvantage® credit Card as long as your Account is current and in good standing the day of your cycle. The miles earned with your credit Card that are not reported to AAdvantage® because your Account has a derogative condition at cycle date, will be reported to AAdvantage® in the future if your Account becomes current. If your Account is in default, we may close your Account or terminate or suspend your credit privileges without notice and require full payment of your outstanding balance immediately. We can also begin collection activities. To the extent permitted by law, if you are in default because you have failed to pay us, we will require you to pay our collection costs, attorneys’ fees, court costs and all other expenses of enforcing our rights under this Agreement. Arbitration of Disputes This Agreement contains an Arbitration Provision immediately below. Within 90 days after the date we open your Account, you may elect to reject the Arbitration Provision by providing a written notice of your intention to do so to the address: Legal Division (745), Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, P.O. Unless you submit your rejection or to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Arbitration Provision will have a substantial impact on how any legal claims we have against each other are resolved if either you or we elect arbitration. For example, disputes subject to arbitration are decided by a neutral arbitrator and not a judge or jury. This Arbitration Provision will not apply to, or be enforceable against, covered borrowers under the protection of the Military Lending Act. This Arbitration Provision shall not preclude you from pursuing or participating in a class action in court. IMPORTANT WAIVERS: IF YOU OR WE ELECT TO ARBITRATE A CLAIM, YOU AND WE BOTH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO: (1) HAVE A COURT OR A JURY DECIDE THE CLAIM; OR (2) OBTAIN INFORMATION EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.   • Religious Objectors Any employee covered hereby who maintains that she/he holds a sincere and bona fide religious belief that conflicts with an obligation to financially support MSEA-SEIU, public employee organizations or labor organizations in general may seek religious objector status by petitioning MSEA-SEIU. Any such employee who is found to hold a sincere and bona fide religious belief that conflicts with an obligation to financially support MSEA-SEIU, public employee organizations or labor organizations in general, shall have the right to refuse to make service fee payments; provided, however, that said right to refuse shall continue only so long as the employee makes contributions at least equal in amount to the service fee to a non-religious charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the employee so refusing and the Union, within ten (10) days after each payday. Part-time employees’ contributions to non-religious charitable organizations shall coincide in amount with the payments of those part-time employees paying the service fee. MSEA-SEIU shall not unreasonably deny the choice of such non-religious charitable organization suggested by the employee. An administrative or legal challenge to a denial of a petition for religious objector status may be filed in an appropriate forum. The State of Maine Office of Employee Relations is not such a forum. Should an employee have a pending written request for religious objector status or a pending administrative or legal challenge regarding their religious objector status, the State will continue to deduct an amount equal to the service fee from the employee’s pay until the request is granted or the challenge is resolved in the employee’s favor, and that amount will be placed by MSEA- SEIU in an interest-bearing escrow account pending resolution of such dispute or request. MSEA-SEIU shall pay for any maintenance fees associated with such escrow accounts. The State shall not be liable for any fees, costs, damages, expenses, or any other form of liability involved with regard to such escrow accounts. If an employee is granted religious objector status, MSEA- SEIU will notify the State of the employee’s religious objector status, and the State will cease automatic service fee deductions. It shall be the sole obligation of MSEA-SEIU to certify to the State the name of any employee who has failed to make timely contributions as a religious objector and has, thus, forfeited religious objector status. Once MSEA-SEIU has certified the employee’s name to the State, the State will commence and continue to automatically deduct the service fee from the employee’s pay as provided in Section 1.
