Hiring City Employees. This Contract shall be unilaterally and immediately terminated by City if Contractor employs an individual who within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding such employment did in his/her capacity as a City officer or employee participate in negotiations with or otherwise have an influence on the selection of Contractor.
