Common use of Higher Duties Allowance Clause in Contracts

Higher Duties Allowance. 9.1 Where an employee is temporarily appointed or seconded to a higher graded position for a period of 5 or more consecutive working days the employee will receive a higher duties allowance for the whole period of that appointment.
