A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax preferred account that you agree: a) you are eligible to open and maintain, b) to notify us when you are no longer eligible to maintain, c) will be used for contributions, withdrawals, and earnings for qualified medical expenses or as allowed by law, and d) you will execute and comply with the terms and conditions in the Health Savings Account Trust or Custodial Agreement.
