Notice of Receipt. We will notify you of the receipt of payments in the periodic account statements we provide to you. You acknowledge that we will not give next day notice to you of receipt of an ACH or wholesale (wire) funds transfer item.
Notice of Receipt. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and each Lender of its receipt of the documents required under Section 4.01(a) in satisfactory form and substance.

Automated credit entries made to the Accounts are provisional under the ACH Rules until we have received final settlement or otherwise have received payment, and we are entitled to a refund of the amount credited to any Account if such settlement or payment is not received by us. Pursuant to the ACH Rules and Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, you are hereby notified that the Bank will not notify you of the acceptance of a payment order to your Account, other than posting the payment order to your Account. We advise you that any receiving financial institution (including us) is entitled to rely on any account or bank number you have provided even though that account or bank number may identify a party different from the person or entity you have described by name in any transfer order. We will process the ACH transfer request based solely on the information you provide to us. It is your obligation to verify the information you provide to us including, but not limited to, the identity and relationship of the receiving party, account number, and routing number. The bank is not responsible for any loss or damage you incur from your request to send the ACH transfer. The cut-off time for scheduling next day ACH transfers is 4:00pm Central Time. The cut-off time for scheduling same day ACH transfers (if enabled on your Account) is 11:00am Central Time. Any next day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled on the next business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cutoff time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons. At the Bank’s discretion, the amount of funds that can be transferred from your account per day may be limited. Under the Operating Rules and Guidelines of NACHA, which are applicable to ACH transactions involving your Deposit Account, Depository and Custodian are not required to give next day notice to you of receipt of an ACH item and Depository and Custodian will not do so. However, Depository and Xxxxxxxxx will continue to notify you of the receipt of payments in the periodic statements Custodian provides to you.

I certify that I have received the catalog, school performance fact sheet and information regarding completion rates, placement rates, license examination passage rates, salary and wage information, and the most recent three-year cohort default rate, if applicable, included in the school performance fact sheet, and have signed initialed, and dated the information provided in the school performance fact sheet.
Notice of Receipt.
