Health Hazard Warnings. No later than April 30, 2017, Absolute shall provide clear and reasonable warnings as set forth in this section for all Products and Additional Products sold in California that do not qualify as Reformulated Products. Each warning shall be prominently placed with such conspicuousness as compared with other words, statements, designs, or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions before purchase (A representative copy of the health hazard warning if the Products are not reformulated was provided to Xxxxxxx and determined to be in compliance with this paragraph). Each warning shall be provided in a manner such that the consumer or user understands to which specific Product the warning applies, so as to minimize the risk of consumer confusion. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, a clear and reasonable warning satisfying these criteria shall consist of a warning affixed directly to the packaging, labeling, or directly on each Product provided for sale in California that states: For DEHP Products: WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including DEHP, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx For Additional Lead Products: WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.   • Nuclear Hazard This Exclusion 7. pertains to Nuclear Hazard to the extent set forth in M. Nuclear Hazard Clause under Section I – Conditions.

  • Fire Hazards Explosives and inflammable materials which conflict with the Insurance Underwriting or Fire Department must be excluded. The City Fire Department prohibits the use of paper, crepe paper, or corrugated papers, and cardboard that has not been flame proofed for decoration of exhibit booths. All cloth drapes or table covers must be treated for fire resistance. All boats and motorized vehicles must have fuel tanks sealed and batteries disconnected. The Fire Marshal may require fuel tanks to be drained and purged. All exhibits must be in compliance with ordinances and laws of the City and the State in which the Show is held.

  • SUBSTANCE ABUSE The dangers and costs that alcohol and other chemical abuses can create in the electrical contracting industry in terms of safety and productivity are significant. The local parties recognize that the implementation of a drug and alcohol policy and program must be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Should any of the required minimum standards fail to comply with federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, they shall be modified by the local union and chapter to meet the requirements of those laws and regulations.

  • Health and hygiene The Hirer shall, if preparing, serving or selling food, observe all relevant food health and hygiene legislation and regulations. In particular dairy products, vegetables and meat on the premises must be refrigerated and stored in compliance with the Food Temperature Regulations. The premises are provided with a refrigerator and thermometer.

  • Substance Abuse Program The SFMTA General Manager or designee will manage all aspects of the FTA-mandated Substance Abuse Program. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.

  • Health Overcoming or managing one’s disease(s) as well as living in a physically and emotionally healthy way;
