Nuclear Hazard. This Exclusion 7. pertains to Nuclear Hazard to the extent set forth in M. Nuclear Hazard Clause under Section I – Conditions.
Nuclear Hazard. Any nuclear reaction or radiation, or radioactive contamination.
Nuclear Hazard. (1) Any weapon employing atomic fission or fusion; or
Nuclear Hazard. We do not pay for loss which results from nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation, or radioactive contamination (whether controlled or uncontrolled; whether caused by, contributed to or aggravated by a peril insured against and whether caused by natural, accidental, or artificial means). Loss caused by nuclear hazard is not considered loss caused by fire, explosion, or smoke. Direct loss by fire resulting from the nuclear hazard is covered.
Nuclear Hazard a. “We” do not pay for loss caused by nuclear reaction, radiation, or radioactive contamination:
Nuclear Hazard. Nuclear Hazard. All as more particularly set forth and defined in Appendix E of this Agreement.
Nuclear Hazard a. Nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination, however caused, whether intentional or unintentional. This includes, but is not limited to, the release, dispersal or application of radioactive material, or the use of a nuclear weapon or device that involves or produces a nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination or radioactive force or any weapon employing atomic fission, fusion or radioactive force, or any weapon that disperses radioactive material or a directed-energy or electromagnetic weapon, whether in time of peace or war, whether or not its discharge was accidental.
