Health/Dental/Vision Insurance. (a) The Employer shall maintain for the duration of this Agreement, health insurance with benefit levels substantially equivalent to those now in effect for bargaining unit employees hereinafter described. In the event the Employer changes insurance carriers or becomes a self insurer, the Association shall be notified not less than thirty (30) days in advance thereof and shall be advised of the terms of transition and be provided an opportunity to formally comment thereon.
