Common use of Health and Safety Representatives Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Representatives. i) The Employer and the Union shall comply with all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations. It is recognized that all standards established under the Legislation and Regulations constitute minimum acceptable practices to be improved upon by mutual agreement.
