Common use of Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees to maintain a Health and Safety Committee in each store. The Committee shall function in accordance with the Workers' Compensation Board Health and Safety Regulations. A member of the bargaining unit shall be elected by Bargaining Unit members in the store or shall be appointed by the Union to the Health and Safety Committee.
