GSP and Coordination Agreement Submission. The Parties agree to submit their respective GSPs to DWR through the Coordination Committee and Plan Manager, in accordance with all applicable requirements. Subject to the subsequent attachment of the Technical Memoranda described in Sections 8-12, the Parties intend that this Coordination Agreement fulfill the requirements of providing an explanation of how the GSPs implemented together satisfy the requirements SGMA for the entire Subbasin.

GSP and Coordination Agreement Submission. The Parties shall submit their respective GSPs to DWR through the Plan Manager in accordance with SGMA and SGMA Regulations. The Parties intend that this Agreement suffice to fulfill the requirements of providing an explanation of how the GSPs implemented together satisfy Water Code sections 10727.2, 10727.4 and 10727.6 for the entire Basin.

OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Termination Agreement 8.01 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, WESTERN, at its sole option, may terminate either a Purchase Order or this Agreement at any time by giving fourteen (14) days written notice to CONSULTANT, whether or not a Purchase Order has been issued to CONSULTANT.

  • Separation Agreement and General Release The Company’s obligation to make the Severance Payment or to pay the Salary Continuation is conditioned on Executive’s or his legal representative’s executing a separation agreement and general release of claims related to or arising from Executive’s employment with the Company or the termination of employment, against the Company and its affiliates (and their respective officers and directors) in a form reasonably determined by the Company, which shall be provided by the Company to Executive within five (5) days following the Date of Termination; provided, that, if Executive should fail to execute (or revokes) such release within 60 days following the Date of Termination, the Company shall not have any obligation to provide the Severance Payment or the Salary Continuation. If Executive executes the release within such 60 day period and does not revoke the release within seven (7) days following the execution of the release, the Severance Payment will be made in accordance with Section 4(a)(ii) or the Salary Continuation shall commence at such time, as applicable.

  • Agreement Scope The scope of this Agreement is as prescribed in section 46 of the Act, setting out: • the health services to be provided to the State by the HSP, • the TTR in support of the health services to be provided, • the funding to be provided to the HSP for the provision of the health services, including the way in which the funding is to be provided, • the performance measures and operational targets for the provision of the health services by the HSP, • how the evaluation and review of results in relation to the performance measures and operational targets is to be carried out, • the performance data and other data to be provided by the HSP to the Department CEO, including how, and how often, the data is to be provided, and • any other matter the Department CEO considers relevant to the provision of the health services by the HSP. Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.

  • Cooperative Agreement The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. Failure to do so will be considered a material breach of this Contract and grounds for immediate Contract termination. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The Contractor is responsible for providing each cooperative entity a copy of the Contract upon request by the cooperative entity. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract. The Contractor shall be required to maintain a list of the cooperative entities using this Contract. The list shall report dollar volumes spent annually and shall be provided on an annual basis to the County, at the County’s request.
