The Technical Memoranda shall be subject to the unanimous approval of the Coordination Committee and once approved, shall be attached to and incorporated by reference into this Coordination Agreement without formal amendment of the Coordination Agreement being required.

Work will be in accordance with the State HPDP, State Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) standards, and Technical Memoranda.
