Granting of Leasehold. The Issuer by these presents hereby rents, leases and lets the Project unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby rents, leases and hires the Project for the Term from the Issuer, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Granting of Leasehold. In addition to the lease and demise to Tenant of the land in the Lease Agreement, the Authority hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Authority, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement and this Sixteenth Supplemental Lease Agreement, the additional land designated as new Lease Parcel 22A which is located on the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority property situated in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: PARCEL 22A (CONTRACTOR PARKING LOT) BEING THE NORTHERN MOST PART OF PARCEL 22 OF THE MEMPHIS-SHELBY COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY (M.S.C.A.A.) PROPERTY SITUATED IN MEMPHIS, SHELBY COUNTY, TENNESSEE AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at a point in the northwest line of Tchulahoma Road (106' R.O.W.) 43.61 feet south of the intersection of the south line of Knigxx Xxxxxx Xxxd (80' R.O.W.) and said northeast line; thence northeastwardly along a curve to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet an arc distance of 66.28 feet (Chord: N 16(Degree)22'21" E - 58.95 feet) to a point of tangency in the south line of Knigxx Xxxxxx Xxxd; thence N 63(Degree)50'36" E along said south line a distance of 45.13 feet to a point of curvature; thence continuing along said south line along a curve to the right having a radius of 960.00 feet an arc distance of 477.04 feet (Chord: N 78(Degree)04'45" E - 472.15 feet) to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet an arc distance of 32.13 feet (Chord: S 41(Degree)40'09" E - 28.78 feet) to a point of tangency in the west line of Lindx Xxxve (50' R.O.W.); thence S 04(Degree)20'49" W along said west line a distance of 309.31 feet to a point; thence N 85(Degree)38'25" W a distance of 442.28 feet to a point in said northeast line of Tchulahoma Road; thence N 31(Degree)05'54" W along said northeast line a distance of 142.84 feet to the point of beginning and containing 140,000 square feet or 3.214 acres.
Granting of Leasehold. In addition to the lease and demise to Tenant of the land in the Lease Agreement, the Authority hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Authority, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement and this Twentieth Supplemental Lease Agreement, the additional land containing approximately 13.206 acres located east of the centerline intersection of Taxiway November and Taxilane 800 which is located on Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority property situated in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee and being more particularly described in Exhibit A:
Granting of Leasehold. In addition to the lease and demise to Tenant of the land in the Lease Agreement, the Authority hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Authority, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement and this Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Lease Agreement, the additional lands described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and containing approximately 873,647 square feet or 20.0562 acres, and described in Exhibit “B” attached hereto containing approximately 465,874 square feet or 10.695 acres.
Granting of Leasehold. Issuer by these presents hereby rents, leases and lets unto Tenant and Tenant hereby rents, leases and hires from Issuer, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Project for the Basic Term, subject to the restriction that no existing buildings, nor any new buildings constructed or placed upon the property, either temporarily or permanently, shall be used for housing the operation of any multi-game, casino-style gambling on the premises.
Granting of Leasehold. In addition to the lease and demise to Tenant of the land in the Lease Agreement, the Authority hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Authority, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement and this Twenty-Third Supplemental Lease Agreement, the additional land containing approximately 6 acres located on the Xxxxxx parcel, approximately 19.6 acres located on the 12/02 West Ramp expansion and approximately 44 acres on the A380 Ramp area.
Granting of Leasehold. Lessor, by these presents, hereby rents, leases and lets the Project unto Lessee, and Lessee hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from Lessor for the Rental Payments and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Granting of Leasehold. In addition to the lease and demise to Tenant of the land in the Lease Agreement, the Authority hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and hires from Authority, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement and this Nineteenth Supplemental Lease Agreement, the additional land designated as new West Ramp Expansion which is located on the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority property situated in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described in exhibit A:
Granting of Leasehold. Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Land described and set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter "the Land"), for an original term of commencing on , 20 (the "Commencement Date"), and ending on , (the "Expiration Date"). So long as Tenant is not in default under this Lease, Tenant may extend the original lease term pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 herein.
Granting of Leasehold. The Agency shall lease the Project to the School District and City for a term beginning on or about January 16, 2012 and ending on April 25, 2030. In no event shall the lease provision of this Agreement extend beyond the period authorized by law.
