Receipted Statements Clause Samples
The Receipted Statements clause requires one party to provide formal statements or records that confirm receipt of goods, services, or payments. In practice, this means that after a transaction or delivery, the receiving party must issue a signed or otherwise acknowledged document verifying what was received and when. This clause helps ensure both parties have clear, documented evidence of fulfillment, reducing the risk of disputes over whether obligations have been met.
Receipted Statements. Unless the Company exercises its right to contest any Impositions in accordance with Section 7.4 hereof, the Company shall, within 30 days after the last day for payment, without penalty or interest, of an Imposition which the Company is required to bear, pay and discharge the same pursuant to the terms hereof, and deliver to the Issuer a photostatic or other suitable copy of the statement issued therefor duly receipted to show the payment thereof.
