Grad Hours Beyond the Master’s Degree. A teacher who has obtained at least fifteen (15) hours of graduate credits beyond the Master’s degree from an accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive an additional stipend of $750. • A teacher who has obtained at least thirty (30) hours of graduate credits beyond the Master’s degree from an accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive an additional stipend of $1,500. Official transcripts from these courses must be submitted to the Human Resource Office by October 1st to receive the stipend for that school year. Official transcripts of these courses must be submitted by February 1st to receive the stipend for the second half of the year. Teachers who were receiving stipends for credits beyond the Master’s degree as of March 10, 2011 will be grandfathered and will continue to receive funds currently paid. However, those who have not yet reached the maximum payout will not receive additional increases until they reach the 15 credit or 30 credit milestone.

  • Factors Beyond the HSP’s Control Despite the foregoing, if the Funder, acting reasonably, determines that the Performance Factor is, in whole or in part, a Factor Beyond the HSP’s Control:

If the employee, with no reasonable alternative, refuses in good faith to expose himself/herself to the dangerous condition, he/she would be protected against subsequent discrimination. The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.

  • INCLEMENT CONDITIONS Section 1.

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.
