Additional Increases Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines the triggers for such increases, which might include changes in operating costs, taxes, or other specified factors, and may set limits or procedures for implementing these adjustments. Its core practical function is to provide a clear mechanism for adjusting financial obligations in response to changing circumstances, thereby allocating risk and ensuring both parties understand how and when costs may rise.
