Shared Time Teachers Clause Samples
The 'Shared Time Teachers' clause defines the terms under which teachers may be employed to work at multiple institutions or locations, rather than being dedicated to a single school. Typically, this clause outlines how scheduling, compensation, and responsibilities are managed for teachers who split their time between different schools or programs. For example, it may specify how teaching hours are allocated, how travel between sites is handled, and how benefits are determined. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear framework for managing shared teaching resources, ensuring that both the teachers and the institutions involved understand their obligations and rights, and preventing disputes over workload or compensation.
