Government Savings Clause. Each of the parties agree to execute, deliver and, if necessary, record any and all additional instruments, certifications, amendments, modifications and other documents as may be required by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, the office of the field Solicitor, the NIGC, or any applicable statute, rule or regulation in order to effectuate, complete, perfect, continue or preserve the respective rights, obligations, liens and interests of the parties hereto to the fullest extent permitted by law; provided, that any such additional instrument, certification, amendment, modification or other document shall not materially change the respective rights, remedies or obligations of the Band or Manager under this Agreement or any other agreement or document related hereto.

Government Savings Clause. This Development Agreement shall be submitted to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for its approval pursuant to its authority under 25 U.S.C. § 81 and the NIGC, to the extent required by law. In addition, each party agrees to pursue such approval and execute, deliver, and if necessary, record any and all additional instruments, certifications, amendments, modifications and other documents as may be required by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, the office of the Field Solicitor, or any applicable statute, rule or regulation in order to effectuate, complete, perfect, continue or preserve the respective rights, obligations and interest of the parties to the fullest extent permitted by law; provided that any such instrument, certification, amendment, modification or other document shall not materially change the respective rights, remedies or obligations of the parties under this Development Agreement or related agreements or documents.

Each of Manager and the Tribe agrees to execute, deliver and, if necessary, record any and all additional instruments, certifications, amendments, modifications and other documents as may be required by the United States Department of the Interior, BIA, the NIGC, the office of the Field Solicitor, or any applicable statute, rule or regulation in order to effectuate, complete, perfect, continue or preserve the respective rights, obligations, liens and interests of the Parties hereto to the fullest extent permitted by law; provided, however, that any such additional instrument, certification, amendment, modification or other document shall not materially change the respective rights, remedies or obligations of the Tribe or Manager under this Agreement or other Transaction Documents.

Lakes, Great Lakes and the Band each agree to execute, deliver and, if necessary, record any and all additional instruments, certifications, amendments, modifications and other documents as may be required by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, the office of the field Solicitor, the NIGC, or any applicable statute, rule or regulation in order to effectuate, complete, perfect, continue or preserve the respective rights, obligations, liens and interests of the parties hereto to the fullest extent permitted by law; provided, that any such additional instrument, certification, amendment, modification or other document shall not materially change the respective rights, remedies or obligations of the Band, Lakes or Great Lakes under this Agreement, the Guaranty, or any other agreement or document related hereto.
