Interests of the Parties. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, all decisions made and all actions taken by the JDMC, by Palatin or by King with respect to any Collaboration matter, shall be made or taken in the best interest of the Collaboration, subject in all respects to the fiduciary duties of the Parties to their respective shareholders.
