GENERAL PROVISIONS OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. 15.7.1 The Union agrees that it will not initiate or pursue any other avenue of redress on any matter properly within the scope of representation, except where the law does not require the exhaustion of administrative remedies, until the provisions of this grievance procedure, including arbitration, have been utilized and completed.
