General Plan Elements Audit. Mintier Harnish will work with City staff to evaluate the existing Circulation and Safety Elements in the existing General Plan Elements, including those identified for technical updates by the 2020 Ad Hoc Committee. The Audit will help determine what works, what does not work, and where the elements lack adequate or current guidance. Mintier Harnish will use our proprietary General Plan Audit Tool to provide insights on the existing elements clarity; linkages to other plans; progress in achieving desired outcomes; and whether goals, policies, and implementation programs should be carried forward, modified, or removed.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
