FUNERAL LEAVE PAY. A. In the case of the death of a member of the immediate family of a regular employee, the employer will, when requested in advance, grant a maximum of three (3) days (twenty-four hours) paid leave of absence, and in no case will the paid leave of absence extend beyond the day immediately following the day of the funeral.
