Representatives of Parties. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall initially be referred to the Account Representatives. If the Account Representatives are unable to resolve the dispute within five (5) business days after referral of the matter to them, the managers of the Account Representatives shall attempt to resolve the dispute. If, after five (5) days they are unable to resolve the dispute, senior executives of the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute. If, after five (5) days they are unable to resolve the dispute, the parties shall submit the dispute to the chief executive officers of the parties for resolution. Neither party shall commence legal proceedings with regard to a dispute until completion of the dispute resolution procedures set forth in this Section 15.1, except to the extent necessary to preserve its rights or maintain a superior position.

(a) Landlord has initially designated Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Workletter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord as required in this Workletter.
