Functionality of personnel representation. The federations renewed the mandate of the working group estab- lished in the previous agreement period. The task of the working group is to organise common, cross-industry training on the role of shop stewards. The training shall focus on discussion of the goals and functionality of the bargaining system and on the information to be provided to shop stewards. The working group shall also, if necessary, continue reviewing and assessing the functionality and coverage of the shop xxxxxxx system for improving conditions for local bargaining.

The task of the working group is to organise common, cross-industry training on the role of the shop xxxxxxx. The training will place partic- ular emphasis on discussion of the goals and functionality of the bargaining system and on the information to be provided to shop stewards. If necessary, the working group will also continue reviewing and assessing the functionality and capacity of the shop xxxxxxx system for improving the possibilities for local settlement.

The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • Presentation of Potential Target Businesses The Company shall cause each of the Initial Shareholders to agree that, in order to minimize potential conflicts of interest which may arise from multiple affiliations, the Initial Shareholders will present to the Company for its consideration, prior to presentation to any other person or company, any suitable opportunity to acquire an operating business, until the earlier of the consummation by the Company of a Business Combination or the liquidation of the Company, subject to any pre-existing fiduciary obligations the Initial Shareholders might have.

  • Survival of Perfection Representations 12.   • Employment of Personnel Manager shall use its diligent efforts to investigate, hire, pay, supervise and discharge the personnel necessary to be employed by it to properly maintain, operate and lease the Property, including without limitation a property manager or business manager at the Property. Manager may allow its employees who work at the Property and provide services to the Property after normal business hours, to reside at the Property for reduced rents (or rent fee as provided in the Operating Budget) in consideration of their benefit to Owner and the Property, provided such reduced rents are reflected in the Annual Business Plan.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:
