Full-time to Part-time to Casual. An Employee’s seniority shall be retained by an Employee in the event that she is transferred from part-time to fill-time or vice versa or in the event she is transferred from casual to part-time or vice versa. An Employee whose status is changed from full-time to part-time shall receive credit for her seniority and service.

  • Paid Time to Working Time Full-time employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Hospital or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Hospital under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union.

  • Part-Time Faculty A faculty member whose appointment is for a specified period of time and does not meet the full load requirements for an Academic Year as defined herein. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.
