FTE and Consultant Contribution. The Hourly Rates for the Consultants for the Plan Development Phase are listed on Schedule 6.1(b). Acucela shall not charge FTE Rates in the Plan Development Phase, but shall instead charge Hourly Rates for employees and Consultants as set forth on Schedule 6.1(b). The number of hours to be devoted to the Plan Development Phase by each such employee and Consultant is set forth in the budget provided in Schedule 6.1(b).

  • Consultant Compensation F.1 The Consultant’s firm will be compensated for professional services as indicated in the Notice of Project Award in accordance with the fee proposal submitted by the Consultant and negotiated and/or accepted by the Owner.
