Free from Disease. FSMC will ensure that all individuals involved in performing the Services on FSMC’s behalf in or for schools will be free from communicable diseases, including tuberculosis, prior to performing any such services in or for schools.

  • ABSENCE FROM WORK Subject to the trust deed to the fund of which an employee is a member, the following provisions will apply.

  • Work from Home The following applies when a Producer requires an employee to work remotely from home:

  • WORKING FROM HOME 51.1. Subject to this clause, the Employer may consider the introduction of working from home arrangements.
