Food and Beverage Concessionaire Sample Clauses

Food and Beverage Concessionaire. The “Food and Beverage Concessionaire” shall be the OPERATOR or any subcontractor selected by the OPERATOR and approved by CITY in CITY’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide food and beverage concession on, at, or from the Premises, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. OPERATOR shall have the exclusive right and obligation to provide food and beverage services at the Golf Course. The food and beverage service shall include operation of an indoor dining facility, and at least one mobile cart providing food and beverages on the Golf Course during weekends and holidays (collectively, "Food Service Facilities"). Food and Beverage Services shall include catering and banquet services on an as-needed basis to support tournaments, special events, and private events.

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • Franchise Area The incorporated area (entire existing territorial limits) of the LFA, and such additional areas as may be annexed or acquired.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
