Follow-up Reporting. In the event the report submitted is only preliminary, a written follow-up report shall be made each forty-eight (48) hours thereafter until a final written report can be made. The final written report shall be submitted to Company as soon as possible, in light of the defect’s magnitude, but in no event shall it be provided later than thirty (30) days following discovery of the defect. The final written report should be comprehensive in terms of addressing the defect(s) and any remedial actions required to overcome the fact that the defective item(s) and/or service(s) were provided.

Follow-up Reporting. (1) In addition to the information referred to in Clause 2, the IPA II beneficiary shall provide the Commission without delay with reference to any previous report made pursuant to that Clause, with details concerning the initiation, conclusion or abandonment of any procedures for imposing administrative or criminal penalties related to the reported irregularities as well as of the outcome of such procedures. With regard to irregularities for which penalties have been imposed, the IPA II beneficiary shall also indicate the following:
Follow-up Reporting. Within a reasonable time following Business Associate’s initial report required by Section 5.4.1 above, but in no event more than fifteen (15) calendar days following Business Associate’s discovery of the Reportable Incident, Business Associate shall issue to Company a follow up report. Such report shall specify at least (i) the party or parties responsible for the Reportable Incident; (ii) the actions taken by Business Associate to mitigate the damage resulting from the Reportable Incident; (iii) the corrective actions Business Associate has taken and will take to prevent future Reportable Incidents of the same kind and nature; (iv) when such corrective measures were or will be taken and, as applicable, an explanation of why they have not already been completed. Business Associate will provide any additional information reasonably requested by Company.
