Flood Zone Properties. No Mortgage encumbers improved real property that is located in a Flood Zone (except any such property as to which flood insurance has been obtained and is in full force and effect as required by this Agreement).
Flood Zone Properties. No Mortgage on a Closing Date Mortgaged Property encumbers improved real property that is located in a Flood Zone (except any such property as to which flood insurance has been obtained and is in full force and effect as required by this Agreement).
Flood Zone Properties. As of the Restatement Date, no Mortgaged Property is located in a Flood Zone (except any such property as to which flood insurance has been obtained and is in full force and effect as required by this Agreement).
Flood Zone Properties. All real property that constitutes Collateral and that is a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) is covered by flood insurance with reputable insurance companies not Affiliates of the Borrower, in such amounts and with such deductibles as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request upon at least thirty days prior written notice to the Borrower.
Flood Zone Properties.
