Improved Real Property definition

Improved Real Property means any real property:
Improved Real Property means all real property located within the county that generates or is capable of generating solid waste and that contains buildings, structures, or other improvements designed or constructed for and capable of use or used for human habitation, human activity, or commercial enterprises.
Improved Real Property means all farmlands used for tillage, crops, or pasture; timberlands; and all real property on which permanent improvements, and improvements under construction or in process of construction, suitable for residential, institutional, commercial, or industrial use are situated.
