Firm Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to reschedule the delivery of six (6) firm Aircraft with CAC Id Nos. 104440, 104442, 159920 and 159921, from calendar year 2011 and CAC ID Nos. 159909 and 159910 from calendar year 2012 to calendar year 2015.
