Condition of Aircraft. Upon any Return Occasion, Lessee shall return such Aircraft to Lessor in such condition that the Aircraft shall also comply with each and every condition and requirement set forth elsewhere in this Lease, including Exhibit E hereto.
Condition of Aircraft. The Aircraft when returned to the Lessor shall be in the operating condition required by Exhibit F hereto.
Condition of Aircraft. The Aircraft at the time of its return to Lessor shall have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program and this Lease with the same care and consideration for the technical condition of the Aircraft as if it were to have been kept in continued regular service by the Lessee, and shall meet the following requirements:
Condition of Aircraft. At Return, Lessee shall, at its sole risk, cost and expense, procure that the Aircraft is free and clear of all Liens (other than Lessor Liens) and that the Aircraft complies in all respects with the conditions and requirements set forth in the Lease Agreement, including Annex 1 to this Schedule 1, and the other Operative Documents.
Condition of Aircraft. The Aircraft at the time of its return to Lessor shall have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program and this Lease, and shall meet the requirements set forth in Exhibit F hereof.
Condition of Aircraft. 4.01. Until delivery and transfer of title to the Aircraft to Buyer hereunder, such Aircraft shall be maintained and repaired by Buyer in Accordance with the Lease.
Condition of Aircraft. The Aircraft has been duly certificated by the FAA as to type and airworthiness, is fully equipped to operate in commercial service and complies with all material governmental requirements governing such service; the Aircraft has been continuously operated and maintained by Lessee (in a manner that would satisfy the provisions of Sections 7.1.3 and 8.1 of the Lease) since its delivery to Lessee by Manufacturer, Lessee is unaware of any material mechanical or structural defects in or damage to the Aircraft since its delivery to Lessee by Manufacturer and there has not occurred any event which constitutes or would, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, constitute an Event of Loss.

Condition of Aircraft the Aircraft shall be in the condition set forth ---------------------- in Schedule 4, the tests and inspections mentioned in Schedule 4 shall have been performed to the Lessee's reasonable satisfaction and the Aircraft Documents shall be in a condition acceptable to Lessee;
Condition of Aircraft. Upon a Redelivery Occasion applicable to the Aircraft, LESSEE shall return the Aircraft to LESSOR in such condition that the Aircraft shall: (1) comply with each and every return condition requirement set forth in Exhibit "I" hereto; (2) have a valid certificate of airworthiness or, at LESSOR's request, a valid certificate of airworthiness for export to a jurisdiction designated by LESSOR; and (3) shall be free and clear of all Liens, except LESSOR's Liens.
